Brewing recommendations:This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.
Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20 g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check that your water temperature is between 195°F and 205°F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.
